What is your return/exchange policy?

-We want you to love your items. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return the item(s) within 14 days of receipt for exchange, refund, or store credit. The item(s) must be in original and unused condition. Shipping costs will not be refunded.

-We guarantee our merchandise to be free from manufacturing defects and will accept any defective item for refund. EvanoCraft will replace any defective item within 15 days of the delivery date on your order.

All exchanges must be unwashed, unworn, unused and in original condition with a receipt and tags attached.

-Please note: We only process exchanges that were purchased through this online store.

How should I ship my exchange?

Pack and seal your item securely, in the original packaging if possible. To be properly processed, your exchange must include the original receipt. You must ship your exchange with a carrier who will provide your package with a tracking number to ensure your package does not get lost. Packages must be returned prepaid. We do not accept COD. Once your return is received at our facility, it will take 5-10 business days for the credit to be posted to your original form of payment or for an exchange to be mailed back to you.

What is your guarantee?

All EvanoCraft products purchased from our Etsy store and website include a 3 month WARRANTY against any defects or breakages.

All jewelry is made with small and delicate pieces. Parts that can sometimes be damaged. We always recommend removing your jewelry before showering or swimming, sweating or sleeping. We know the channels are getting caught on T-Shirts. We know the gym isn't the safest place for a collar. We are aware that they can get tangled in your beautiful hair!!

We want you to wear your jewelry with confidence. That's why we offer this 3 month WARRANTY.

In the event that an item covered by the 3 month WARRANTY is sold out at the time of claim, a credit for the purchase amount will be offered towards a future purchase of a similar item.

EvanoCraft reserves the right to reject any claim that we, in our sole discretion, may deem to be fraudulent. Photo proof must accompany all claims. The 3 month WARRANTY does NOT cover LOST items or items whose plating has been rubbed due to being worn while showering or swimming. When will my order be shipped? When will it arrive?

As you know, our jewelry is made by hand in our workshop, so we manufacture, prepare, package and deliver your order to the post office. Allow 1-3 days. This does not indicate how long it takes you to get the order.

TRANSIT TIMES vary from 3-10 days within Canada. 2-3 weeks to the USA. 2-6 weeks international depending on your country and shipping method. We ship all our items from Montreal to Quebec, Canada.

Where can I enter gift/discount codes?

If you have a gift card or discount code, checkout as you normally do. At this point, just before completing your order, you will see the box to enter your code. Your total will be adjusted accordingly.

What is the status of my order? How can I track my order?

All of our orders ship 1-3 business days after being placed unless a different shipping time is noted on the specific product page. Please feel free to email us anytime to get your order status and to get your tracking number. All orders are shipped via Canada Post. Be sure to include your order number in your email. ** Customer from Canada, if you select free delivery please note that delivery is without tracking so it will be impossible for us to locate your package, which is why it is preferable to choose the option with tracking.

How do I know my order has been shipped?

When your order has been shipped, we will send you an email acknowledging that the order is on its way.

What are my payment options?

Which countries do you ship to? What about the dunes?

We offer international shipping. Your shipping rate will be calculated during the checkout process once you enter your shipping information. Please keep in mind that shipments outside the United States may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are the responsibility of the recipient. As duties and taxes vary by country and what has been ordered, we are unable to provide an estimated cost. Please contact your customs office for further information. We are not responsible for delays in receiving your order due to possible customs inspections.
